The Tasting Floor at the new Ottawa Convention Centre is bigger and better than ever! And it’ll be open an hour longer. Your Day Pass gives you a souvenir ISO tasting glass and access to the Tasting Floor, where you can sample over 1400 wines, beers and spirits from around the globe, taste culinary delights from here and abroad, and enjoy free how-to seminars at the Festival Kitchen.
Tasting Tickets are 50 cents each. Wine and Food may be enjoyed by purchasing tasting tickets at the entrance to the show. Refunds are provided for unused sampling tickets valued at over $5.00. We invite you to return sampling tickets valued at less than five dollars as a donation on behalf of visitors to the charities of Bon Appétit Ottawa.

Be delighted and inspired as you learn how to prepare the favourite dishes of celebrity chefs from top restaurants and cookbook authors at the Festival Kitchen. It’s good fun and a great way to learn culinary techniques – and walk away with great free recipes!
